If you’re looking to return your order for an exchange, refund or store credit, we’re here to help. 

Online Purchases

We have a 60-day Comfort Guarantee for all online purchases from our official website: https://archiesfootwear.com.au/

You can return your order to us for up to 60 days post delivery, even if they have been worn.

Exchanges are 100% free — no matter the condition

Returns for store credit are 100% free — no matter the condition

For all refunds — both new and used condition — it’s a product refund less the return postage cost

• A product refund is the price of the product only.
• We do not refund any original postage costs if you purchased 1 pair or Express Shipping.
• The return postage cost will be deducted from the product cost.

Retail Purchases

All retailers are independent stockists and are not affiliated with us in any way other than selling our footwear. If you have a retail purchase, please contact the retailer for assistance.

How to return your order 

Go to our returns form: https://returns.archiesfootwear.com.au/#/

1. Enter your order number and email on the form and follow the prompts.
2. Once you’ve completed the form, simply print out the label and attach it to your parcel.
3. As soon as we receive your order at the warehouse, we’ll process the exchange, store credit or refund. 

Warranty 

All Archies Footwear products purchased from our official online store or authorized retailers are covered by a 6-month warranty against manufacturing faults.

Our warranty does not cover external damage to the footwear such as cuts, scrapes, dog bites, or cat scratches.

We require the following:

1. The affected pair needs to be returned to us
2. Proof of purchase or your order number
3. Photographs of the issue and the size stamp underneath the pair

Archies Footwear reserves the right to reject any warranty claims that we believe have not occurred due to fair/normal use or in instances outside of the above terms and conditions.

Our returns and warranty policy includes the rights you are entitled to under Australian Consumer Law.
