ela wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please let us know within 14 days of receiving your package if you would like to make a return by contacting customer care at info@elahandbags.com – our team will then provide you with return instructions.
The return package must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the date of original purchase. The bag must be unworn, and all contents of the original delivery, including tags and dust bags, must be fully attached and included to the returned item/s for the return to be accepted.
Refunds may only be issued to the same payment card used for the original purchase, or via ela store credit. Shipping fees are not refundable. The balance will be refunded to your credit card within 5-10 business days from ela receiving the returned item/s.
ela does not provide return shipping labels – you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend that you insure your package and use a shipper that allows you to track your package, as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns for items purchased at other retail locations or other websites.
UNITED STATES RETURNS
All returned items should be declared as a Return of Canadian Merchandise on the customs declaration. Returned packages that don't have this mention on their custom declaration may incur additional fees.
RETURNS - GIFT WITH PURCHASE
In the event a customer returns product/s, their original purchase no longer qualifies for the free gift with purchase. ela reserves the right to deduct the value of the gift from the refund owed to the customer, if the free gift is not included in the return to ela.

Once ela has received your returned item/s, we will then process a complimentary order for your new/exchanged product. If there is a price difference between the items being exchanged:
Returned Item costs less than Exchanged Item: We will require the additional price difference be paid prior to shipping the exchanged product. Our team will send you a direct payment link to settle the price difference.
Returned Item costs more than Exchanged Item: We will refund the additional amount when the new/exchanged product is shipped.
