Domestic Shipping

All Australian orders are fulfilled through Australia Post.

Shipping Options:

• Standard Shipping with tracking
• Express Shipping with tracking
• Standard/Express + Signature (incl. tracking)

Standard shipping generally ranges from 3 to 6 business days across all Australian states.

Express shipping delivery times vary depending on destination state, refer below for expected delivery times.

• NSW 2 - 3 business days
• QLD 2 - 3 business days
• VIC 1 - 2 business days
• SA 2 - 3 business days
• WA 2 - 4 business days
• ACT 2 - 3 business days
• TAS 2 - 3 business days

Please keep in mind for possibilities of further delay due to COVID-19. Above delivery times are only expected times, and we will not be liable if it does take longer than usual. 

If you require additional 'peace of mind' with your delivery we suggest signature on delivery. In the case that no one is available, a card will be left providing further information to collect the package at the local post office.

SHIPPING ADDRESS AND THE BILLING ADDRESS MUST BE THE SAME ADDRESS. IF THEY ARE DIFFERENT WE WILL CANCEL THE ORDER.

International Shipping  

All International orders are fulfilled via Australia Post or DHL.

Australia Post will be used for New Zealand, United States and the UK. DHL will be used for all other international countries.

Expected delivery times:

• Express 5 - 10 business days
• Standard 7 - 14 business days

For the best of our international customers a signature on delivery is required for all international orders.

International customers are responsible for any additional fees or taxes after an item ships. We do our best to protect international customers from incurring additional fees, but cannot guarantee against any unexpected expenses.

Processing & Handling Times

For orders placed on a weekday, please allow 24 hours for it to be processed.  

For orders placed on the weekend or public holiday, please allow 24 hours within the next business day for it to be processed. 

Orders will be dispatched within 1-2 days. In case of any delays, you will be notified as soon as possible via email.
