Returns

Unused and unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging, unused, unopened, and in resellable condition.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used lash products, lash glue, bond, sealant, remover, and other beauty items cannot be returned unless there is a quality issue.

Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or if anything is missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- A short description of the issue

Once we review the information, we will offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for us to process the refund after approval or after the returned item is received.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our mistake or a confirmed product issue.

Return Shipping

For returns caused by personal reasons, such as ordering the wrong item or changing your mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is due to our mistake, a defective item, or a shipping error, we will help cover the return shipping or provide another suitable solution.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not been shipped yet, we will do our best to cancel it.

If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled immediately. You may request a return after delivery if the item meets our return conditions.

Duties and Taxes

Duties and taxes are included in the price. No additional duties or taxes will be charged upon delivery.
