We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To start a return, please submit your request via our Returns Portal.

We do not accept returns sent via parcel locker services (e.g. InPost or similar services).

During the return process, you will be able to choose between a refund to your original payment method or store credit (with bonus value, where applicable).

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Return shipping labels are available to purchase through our Returns Portal. If you arrange your own return, we recommend using a tracked service, as you remain responsible for the item until it is received by our warehouse.

We are not liable for items lost or delayed during return transit.

5. Inspection & Refund Adjustments

All returned items are inspected upon receipt.

Refunds will only be issued if items meet our return conditions. Where items do not meet these conditions, we may:

Items returned with marks or dirt that require additional handling before resale may be subject to a £3 cleaning/handling deduction.

To help cover additional handling and processing costs, exceptionally large or high-value returns may be subject to a processing fee of up to 5% of the refunded amount, where permitted by law.

If we contact you regarding a rejected return and do not receive a reply within 14 days, we will dispose of the item on your behalf. Please note that if you contact us after this period, we will no longer be able to return the item to you.
