Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Gorilla Karts. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us at
gorilla@gorillakarts.co.uk or call 028 87 312 118 before sending anything back. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to return your item. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Returns should be sent to: 26 Lisnanane Ln, Cookstown, BT80 9BJ, Northern Ireland.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition you received it
- Unused and unridden
- In its original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing parts or packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.
Return Shipping Costs
You can return your product free of charge within the 30-day return period. If you require us to arrange collection on your behalf, a minimum fee of £20 applies, which may increase depending on the size and weight of the item. Please contact us in advance to confirm any applicable charges.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of 2% applies to all returned items to cover inspection and repackaging costs. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Custom or special order products
- Items that have been used, ridden, or assembled (unless faulty)
- Helmets or safety equipment where the hygiene seal has been broken
Damaged or Faulty Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at
gorilla@gorillakarts.co.uk with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where possible. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. The restocking fee does not apply to faulty or damaged items.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please return your original purchase following the process above, and place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund (minus the 2% restocking fee) will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund to your account.

Your Statutory Rights
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy. If goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund regardless of this policy.
EU and Northern Ireland Protocol — 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason and without justification. The item must be returned in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags and original packaging. Your statutory right to a 14-day cooling off period is not affected by the 30-day return window above.
